I am a painter and a baker who creates visually nourishing and sensually appetizing portraits of baked goods. I explore through the lens of a baker and cake decorator in order to bring the worlds within baking to the viewer. The process of painting expands my understanding and appreciation for the handcrafted baked goods that we eat daily, but often do not notice.
